All orders are processed by our partner, Cheeky Celebrations. Details from Cheeky Celebrations about their deliveries and returns can be found below.
As soon as your order is received ourselves are dispatched to work on it immediately, within 24 hours via the Royal Mail. Please allow up to five working days for delivery within the UK, using our first class delivery service. However if your order is of an urgent nature then please select the special next day delivery service at check out. Due to the exciting nature of your order, we have to use very boring packaging to avoid the postman or your close family coveting your goods, before you get your hands on them.
Standard First Class Delivery
Goods are sent by Royal Mail first class standard delivery. Should your parcel be too large to fit through the letterbox then your postman will leave you a card explaining where to collect your parcel or you can indicate a time when they can try again. Delivery charge is £3.95 per order, free is spending £40.00 or over, using the standard first class delivery service.
Special Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery Is Guaranteed by 5.30pm the following working day by Royal Mail. You must place your order by 12 noon on the day of order. Please check that your items are all in stock before placing this order. To receive this service please select this option at check out.
Please note that this service is not available at weekends or public holidays and is only available to UK residents with a UK postcode. This service is not available for orders to The Republic Of Ireland.
All Special delivery goods will also need to be signed for.
Delivery charge for this service is £6.95
Last Minute Friday
It is possible to order on a Friday for a Saturday delivery. Royal Mail guarantee to deliver by 2pm on the Saturday. This Last minute service is priced at £8.95 and all orders will need to be placed by 12 noon on the Friday the day before. All special delivery goods need to be signed for.
Please note this service is not available on Public holidays and is only available to residents with a UK postcode.This service is not available for orders to the republic of Ireland.
The Republic Of Ireland
The cost of shipping orders to the Republic of Ireland is £12.00 per order, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Southern Ireland. We will do our best to deliver your order to you for the price shown, however Cheeky Celebrations Ltd reserve the right to increase an overseas delivery charge depending on the weight and size of your order. Should we need to collect an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping your order we will advise you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order and should you then wish to cancel your order you may do so free of charge.
Europe Delivery
The cost of shipping orders to Europe is £15.00 per order, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to Europe. We will do our best to deliver your order to you for the price shown, however Cheeky Celebrations Ltd reserve the right to increase an overseas delivery charge depending on the weight and size of your order. Should we need to collect an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping your order we will advise you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order and should you then wish to cancel your order you may do so free of charge.
Rest Of The World Delivery
The cost of shipping orders to the rest of the world is £20.00 per order, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to your country. We will do our best to deliver your order to you for the price shown, however Cheeky Celebrations Ltd reserve the right to increase an overseas delivery charge depending on the weight and size of your order. Should we need to collect an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping your order we will advise you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order and should you then wish to cancel your order you may do so free of charge.
Dispatch
In the unlikely event that your goods cannot be dispatched by the time you need them we will call you to discuss. If we are unable to obtain a phone number from your order, then we will email you and If we can't make you happy a full refund will be given.
What Cheeky Celebrations Ltd Cannot Accept Responsibility For
Incorrect Delivery Address supplied by you the customer. Should you supply us with the incorrect delivery address then it is not Cheeky Celebrations Ltd responsibility to resend out your order to an alternative postal address unless the customer pays again for the new order and the postage costs.
Cheeky Celebrations Ltd pride ourselves on being a fair and honest company and we have sympathetic ears when it comes to hearing problems however there are instances beyond our control where we cannot be held responsible for.
Goods Return
We have a no quibble returns policy for up to 14 days following receipt of your goods. A full refund will be given if the goods are returned during this time in their original condition and packaging. The refund will not include the original and your return postage and packaging. Should the goods be faulty or we have sent them in error, we will offer you a refund or replacement and refund of the original and your return postage. We cannot accept liability for any items lost on their way to us without proof of postage.
